Alan has worked in several commercial horticultural enterprises since leaving school. His experience includes glasshouse crops, fruit orchards, nursery propagation and container plant hardy plant growing.
He can draw on personal experience of managing and running a very large container plant nursery in Hampshire.
Alan can also draw on first hand experience of running his own successful medium sized garden centre and retail nursery for 35 years.
